Remington is so adorable when he smiles. Baby smiles are just so full of pure joy. They don't hold anything back. They're not constrained by social conformity. It's just natural and free to be given to anyone. I love it, I love my baby's smiles.

I haven't entered i ♥ faces in a while, but let's try this one. It's not the greatest photo, but I like how the lighting is on Remington's face. It's an unique angle as he's looking at the mirror on the exersaucer. Here's my entry for the Angles theme.

We Heart Kisses

With Valentine's Day coming this weekend, i ♥ faces' photo theme this week is kisses.

I love how this picture of my brother and sister-in-law turned out! They were nervous and awkward when I first asked them to kiss, but they warmed up to the idea when I had them close their eyes.

i ♥ faces Places I Love

This week's i ♥ faces theme is Places I Love. It's a non-competition week, so everyone just gets to have fun uploading all of their favorite places.

My favorite place is where Landon and I went for our honeymoon: Seattle, Washington. It's so beautiful and green there. I love it! Here we are on the space needle.

Another favorite place was the sandpit that Landon used to have. The lakes were beautiful there.

And finally, (or let me stop this before it's too long) I love our house. We've lived here a little over a year now, and it's still great.

i ♥ faces: Texture

This week's photo challenge theme at i ♥ faces is texture. I thought about trying my best at a Photoshop texture that I haven't done before, but I ran out of time. Here's my entry. Remington, of course, has the super soft baby texture and here is a picture of him with the soft texture of his baby blanket that my mom knit for him.

We Are Family

This week is We Are Family at i ♥ faces,. My entry is Remington with his Great Grandpa during Christmas. Remington was the first grandchild for both sides of the family and the first great grandchild for Landon's family. Photo edit by me.
